How It WorksBookster Showtime aims to provide a simple and cost effective way for Attractions and Performers to sell tickets online. To achieve this our product is easy to use and our pricing structure is fair and uncomplicated. When you sell a ticket via Bookster Showtime a 'Booking Fee' is added to the cost of the ticket, just as you would expect when booking a cinema seat or concert. The 'Booking Fee' amount varies between 7.5% and 10% per transaction depending on whether you would like us to process the card payment for you or whether you have an existing online merchant account such as CyberSource or SagePay. Structured in this way the 'Booking Fee' is paid by the purchaser and not by the Attraction or Performer. During trial periods we will process the payments on your behalf and transfer the money into your specified bank account. Once the trial period comes to an end and should you wish to continue using our services you can decide what length of service you would like to sign up for and whether you would like us to continue processing payments or whether you would like to reduce the 'Booking Fee' and process the payments via your own online merchant account.
